**There is a REGISTRATION FEE of $125 per-child. You will be billed on Brightwheel for the Registration Fee of $125. Upon receipt of this Enrollment Form, you will receive an invoice via Brightwheel. Please note once invoice is received, you will have 24 hours to make payment and secure your child’s spot. The $125 Registration Fee is nonrefundable.

Vaccination and Health Policy. Each child is required to have a physical examination upon entrance to school and must be FULLY IMMUNIZED in order to register. Children who have been sick should not return until they have been fever-free and symptom-free for 24 hours.
