2024-2025 PRESCHOOL REGISTRATION​

**There is a REGISTRATION FEE of $100 per-child. You will be billed on the Brightwheel App for the Registration Fee. Upon receipt of this form, you will receive an invoice via Brightwheel. Please note once the invoice is received, you will have 24 hours to make payment and secure your child's spot.

Vaccination and Health Policy. Each child is required to have a physical examination upon entrance to school and must be FULLY IMMUNIZED in order to register. Children who have been sick should not return until they have been fever-free and symptom-free for 24 hours.

1-YEAR OLD CLASS (must be 1 by September 30, 2024 & must be walking):

T/TH (9 am - Noon) $225 per month
