**There is a REGISTRATION FEE of $90 per-child. You will be billed on the Brightwheel app for the Registration Fee and May 2022 tuition. Upon receipt of this form, you will receive an invoice via Brightwheel. Please note once the invoice is received, you will have 24 hours to make payment and secure your child's spot.

Cherubs Music Class

     Trinity Lutheran Church choir for currently enrolled 4 & 5 year olds - Fridays (11:30-12) - $50 per session
